RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason, you are not happy with your order, ETHICGOODS will accept returns within 7 days of your order’s delivery date. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping fee.

If you receive an item that does not fit, we are happy to exchange any unworn item for a different size within 7 days of the date the item was delivered.

All Sale Items and Custom Bracelets are Final Sale and not eligible for a return or exchange.

To start a return or refund, contact hello@ethicgoods.com and include your order number and description of your issue. Please allow 2 business days to receive a response.

 

Damaged Items: 

If your ETHICGOODS jewelry arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement free of charge up to 7 days after your item has been delivered. Contact hello@ethicgoods.com if you have any issues with your product. 

If a problem arises with your product after the 7 day window, please contact us so that we can make it right.

In your email, please include your order number and photos of your item so that we can address any issues that arise.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your ETHICGOODS delivery becomes lost or stolen, contact your courier service first. If your item has not arrived within 5 days of your expected delivery, please contact us at hello@ethicgoods.com and be sure to include your order number.
